All purchases are despatched via our courier DHL, Yodel or Royal Mail.
We will request a signature for proof of delivery, therefore select a delivery address which is most convenient for you.
You will be sent a despatch confirmation on the day the parcel has been despatched from us. The courier company will attempt to deliver your parcel 2 times. If you are not available and you have not contacted the courier company to arrange for an alternative delivery, the parcel will be returned to us.
