All purchases are despatched via our courier DHL, Yodel or Royal Mail.

We will request a signature for proof of delivery, therefore select a delivery address which is most convenient for you.

Although most items are delivered within 7 working days, if you require an order urgently, please contact us and we'll try our best to despatch your order earlier.

You will be sent a despatch confirmation on the day the parcel has been despatched from us. The courier company will attempt to deliver your parcel 2 times. If you are not available and you have not contacted the courier company to arrange for an alternative delivery, the parcel will be returned to us.
Please note that in this case, you will have to pay additional charges for the items to be redelivered to you.
