Can I contact you to discuss my order?  We are certainly happy to offer any help and advice for choosing the right favours or gifts for your event. You can contact us by email sales@unravelagift.com or by telephone on 01634 893 550.

What are your opening hours? Although you can browse and shop via our website anytime, if you would like to contact us by phone our opening hours are as follows:

•   9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends)

You can also leave a message on our answering machine and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours

How do I order?  You place an order with us in 3 ways:

Online: This is the easiest option. Just add the products you would like to you basket. Payments through our website are extremely safe and secure utilising the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology made through Worldpay and authorised by the Royal Bank of Scotland. If however, you prefer to make a payment over the phone, we can also take credit and debit card payments over the phone.

Paypal: We have recently added the option for customers to pay by Paypal.

By Bank Transfer: If you choose the option to pay by bank transfer, we will send you our account details. Your order will be sent to you once we have received notification of your payment.

By cheque: Cheques should be made payable to Unravel A Gift and sent to 24 Tappan Drive, St Mary’s Island, Chatham, Kent ME4 3SY. Please note that orders can only be sent out once cheques have been cleared.

Yes, we can deliver to an alternative address but we do reserve the right to refuse an order if there are inconcistancies with the card details provided to us and the billing address.

Do you charge VAT?  No, you will be happy to know that we are not VAT registered.

Do I have to register an account with you?  No, if you would prefer not to register an account with us, you can login as a guest. We do however request that all customers who use the site register their details as part of the checkout process. An email address is also required to allow us to email you a confirmation for your order. Registered accounts however, have the benefit of being able to track an order, change details of their order or saving your contact details for further orders.

Where do you deliver?  We can deliver to an alternative address to the customers home address but we reserve the right to deliver or not to deliver to this address at the discretion of Go Wedding Favours.

We do not deliver to PO Box numbers or addresses not registered with the card company.

How much will my order cost to ship?  Postage costs include delivery to the mainland UK only, however additional postage charges will apply to orders sent to Northern Ireland and islands including The Channel Islands and The Isle of Man. Postage starts from £3.50 and goes up to a maximum of £7.50. All order over £95 qualify for free shipping.

How long does delivery take?  We aim to dispatch all order within 7 working days and we aim to deliver within 5 working days of dispatch. If your order is urgent, please include this information on your order and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

What happens if I am not home to accept a delivery?  Your order will be dispatched and a signature will be required - we find this is the easiest way to ensure you receive your delivery safely. If you are unable to take delivery of your products, a calling card should be left with details of how you can pick up your goods. All our orders are either sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by Yodel.

Do the products have a long shelf life?  All products, unless otherwise stated, have a minimum 6-month shelf life. Fortune cookies have a 9 month shelf like and confectionary has an 8 month shelf life.

Allergy Advice: Items produced in a factory where nuts are used may contain nut traces.

I need Kosher Certified Sugared Almonds. Are you able to supply these? Yes we can supply Kosher Certified sugared almonds however, these are ordered in especially and we will need to be notifed of your special requirements at least 2 weeks in advance. All Kosher certified sugared almonds are supplied with certification.

General Advice for all other Confectionary? All other products produced on premises where nuts are used and as such may contain nut traces. Specific allergy advice is given on each product page and must be followed at all times.

We looking for something different. Are most of your products available in other shops?  Many of our products are exclusive to Unravel A Gift. Our aim is to supply our customers with unusual high quality products that are totally unique. We look at trends in the market from fashion clothing to home décor as well as trends in colour palettes to provide our customers with gifts that reflect these trends.
